JOHN CHAN
Building organization capabilities through individual leadership, team and organization development interventions have been John's focus of the past 18 years. He has extensive experience in leadership and team coaching, talent development, and business transformation work which he developed both in his career with Shell and as executive coach and consultant post his corporate career.
Nick chong
Nick Chong is a business consultant and coach. He has over 35 years working experience in senior leadership positions in various Shell global businesses. He had successfully helmed Shell's global Lubricants, Specialities business and the Fuels Supply & Distribution function.

He has extensive experience in the area of strategy planning and business development in several listed companies. He has held senior positions and has been an internal consultant for the listed group companies.
